I fell in love with my gown for the unique neckline and Basque waist, it reflected the style of the wedding and the venue perfectly! 

My favourite moment of the day was seeing the look on my husbands face for the first time as the doors opened and also getting to have a secret first dance under the floating candles before anyone entered the room! 

As an ex event coordinator and wedding planner myself I had a very unique set of skills that I could apply to wedding planning but the best piece of advice I can give you is when you’re looking for vendors don’t just look at their work, look at the connection you have with the vendor themselves also, my entire team was just incredible, and the day would not have been anywhere near as successful without the personal bonds we formed with each and every vendor. It all became more personal and felt like I was working with a bunch of friends, on the night we got to enjoy all of their company not only as vendors but as a special part of our story and friends! 

Planning was stressful and extremely exhausting, we had so much go wrong in the year leading up to it but I wouldn’t change it for the world as the day was just perfect in absolutely every way, and we just spent the night with the biggest smile on our faces with all of the people we loved most around us, it was simply perfect in every way. Plenty went wrong but none of it mattered!
