We ship worldwide, with all orders despatched from our showroom in Perth, Western Australia.

We can’t wait for you to receive your order, so we offer two shipping options when ordering within Australia.  

**PLEASE NOTE THAT ARCHELA BRIDAL WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE (REFUNDS OFFERED) FOR ITEMS THAT DO NOT ARRIVE IN TIME DUE TO DELAYS IN SHIPPING BY COURIERS AND FREIGHT OPERATORS.  PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME FOR SHIPMENT IN CASE OF DELAYS**

All items (excluding Bridal Gown) Shipping - IN AUSTRALIA

If your item is in stock, you can elect to have your parcel despatched via our national courier service AUSPOST or StarTrack with Express Service for a flat fee of AUD$35. Depending on your location, these items should arrive within 1-4 business days within Australia (but will be determined by the shipper). 

Alternatively, you can opt for the Standard Service for a flat fee of AUD$25. Depending on your location, your items should arrive within 4-7 business days within Australia. 

All international orders (excluding Bridal Gowns) are shipped via Express trackable postage with signature upon delivery for a flat fee of AUD$120. Delivery times vary depending on destination for our International customers, so keep an eye on your inbox for your tracking details email to follow.

All international orders (excluding Bridal Gowns) are shipped via AUSPOST or DHL Express International courier service for a flat fee of AUD$150.

Sample Bridal Gown Shipping - IN AUSTRALIA

- All Australian orders are a flat rate of $170 for a small box and $280 for a large box (would suit ballgown) and sent with AUSPOST or StarTrack tracked shipping.  If you require insurances, these can be quoted separately and added to you shipping fee.

Once your order has been shipped by our warehouse team you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. This email will contain your tracking information so you can track exactly when to expect delivery.  

In the case of missed delivery, a calling card will be left by the courier provider which will include details of how to arrange re-delivery or collection from your nearest post office.

 

Sample Bridal Gown Shipping - WORLDWIDE

All international orders for Bridal Gowns are shipped via AUSPOST or DHL Express International courier service for a flat fee of AUD$350.  If you require insurances, please advise and we can quote this separately and adjust your shipping fee.

Important Note: Archela Bridal will not be liable for duties and taxes incurred by the recipient as a result of national custom laws. Should the garment be returned to Archela Bridal, only the paid purchase price of the garment will be refunded. Please contact your customs department for more information on duties and taxes.
