Returns and refunds are not accepted unless a manufacturing fault has been identified. Signs of wear and tear, include marks, pulls and loose threads are not considered manufacturing faults and can easily be cleaned or repaired.

We suggest buying your gown 10-12 months ahead as most designers take 6-10 months for delivery, plus up to 2 months for alterations. Express options are available, but talk to our consultants about timing. Extra charges do apply.Â

Most of our gowns are in US sizing however, fit may vary between gowns and designers.
Once you have selected your gown, the sizing will be recommended and matched to each Designers Standard Sizing Chart based on your measurements taken at the time of purchase and is not custom made to your measurements.
